Worn Box: Crystal comes with it’s original box. Box is blemished beyond standard shelf ware and may be damaged.
No Box: Original Boxes are not included. Crystal is packaged with love to ensure safety while it makes its way to you.

Before shipping Our team will conduct an exhaustive inspection of the products you ordered. Today, the majority orders will be delivered within 48 hours. The time to deliver varies from 3-7 days.
Returns
The inventory is always changing and we cannot completely manage it due to the fact that multiple parties are involved, including our factory and warehouse. This means that the actual stock could alter at any time. It is possible that you will not receive your order once the order has been made.
Our policy lasts thirty days. If you don't receive your item within 30 days, we're not able to issue the option of a refund or exchange.
Your item must be in its original packaging and not be used. It must also be returned in the original packaging.
