Non-Mint Boxes may have price stickers and may show shelf wear (dings, creases, scratches, worn corners, or sticker residue) consistent with the doll’s age. Worn boxes are blemished beyond expected shelf wear and may be damaged, yellowed, cracked, or have loose accessories.

Returns
The inventory is always changing and we cannot completely manage it due to the fact that multiple parties are involved, including our factory and warehouse. This means that the actual stock could alter at any time. It is possible that you will not receive your order once the order has been made.
Our policy lasts thirty days. If you don't receive your item within 30 days, we're not able to issue the option of a refund or exchange.
Your item must be in its original packaging and not be used. It must also be returned in the original packaging.
