- All ornaments are in mint condition.
- At least 90% of the boxes are in good or better condition (some shelfware).
- 10% or less of boxes will be damaged/ungiftable.
- We try to send unique ornaments; however, you may receive a few duplicates.
- If you order multiple mystery boxes, there will be duplicates.

Returns
The inventory is always changing and we cannot completely manage it due to the fact that multiple parties are involved, including our factory and warehouse. This means that the actual stock could alter at any time. It is possible that you will not receive your order once the order has been made.
Our policy lasts thirty days. If you don't receive your item within 30 days, we're not able to issue the option of a refund or exchange.
Your item must be in its original packaging and not be used. It must also be returned in the original packaging.
